Gokcen Arkali Olcay received her Ph.D. in Management Science, specializing in Operations Management, from the University of Texas at Dallas. She also holds master's degrees in Management and Electrical Engineering and a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. She has extensive teaching and research experience across universities in the US and internationally, with expertise spanning business analytics, operations management, supply chain management and technology management. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on the intersection of technology management, innovation, and sustainability, exploring how emerging technologies and AI transform business models, organizational practices, supply chains, and educational contexts.
